Jim Bowe, President
Jim is the Owner and President of Arrow Rehabilitation. He earned an Associates in Science degree as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in 1997 at Daytona Beach Community College, and a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Management in 2001. Jim has worked in Skilled Nursing facilities, Assisted Living centers, Alzheimers units, and has experience in Outpatient, Home Health, and Inpatient Rehabilitation. Jim has had extensive training in Neurological Developmental Training (NDT), helping people recover from a stroke or brain injury. In 2003, Jim decided it was time to branch out and open an outpatient clinic, so he purchased Arrow Rehabilitation. In 2005, Jim’s wife Sandy left her job and started working in the Administration division of the company. Jim and Sandy recently became Palm Coast residents and enjoy all it has to offer.
Lynn Kleinschmit, PT
Lynn is our Director of Operations and a Physical Therapist. She graduated from Marquette University with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Physical Therapy in 1985. She has 22 years of experience in patient care. Lynn has worked in the in-patient rehab setting with stroke, head-injury and neurologically involved patients. Lynn has over ten years of extensive outpatient experience with a variety of orthopedic, neurological, vestibular, and pediatric clients. She has also worked with children in the school setting and with the geriatric population in the home health setting. The outpatient clinic is her favorite place to work because of the diversity in patients that come through the door.
Viktoriya La Rosa, PTA
Vicki is a Physical Therapist Assistant who has worked at Arrow since May 2008. She earned an AAS degree from Daytona State College. Vicki has worked at Halifax Hospital and Grand Oaks Rehab, with a wide variety of patients including trauma, orthopedic, wound care, neurological, and balance deficits.
Vicki came from Russia 13 years ago, lived in Brooklyn, NY and since 2003 lives with family in Palm Coast. She enjoys gardening, sharing a good laugh with friends, and hiking.
Gina Marie Masbad, M.S., CCC-SLP
Gina began her career as a speech language pathologist in 1989 at an in-patient rehabilitation hospital in San Antonio, TX. It was in this setting, where she worked with adults with neurologic impairments honing her expertise in facial muscle strengthening and cognitive rehabilitation. Early in her career, Gina moved with her family to Palm Coast, Florida where she has worked in a variety of settings including an out-patient rehabilitation facility, elementary schools, private practice, and skilled nursing facilities. In addition, Gina and her husband, Ray owned and operated their own out -patient rehabilitation clinic where she specialized in children with a variety of neurological and language disorders such as autism, auditory processing disorders and reading difficulties. Specifically, Gina’s areas of expertise include Childhood Apraxia of Speech (CAS), language development in preschool children, voice disorders and adults with neurological impairments.
Gina has been married to Ray for 20 years. They have three children; Stephen (17), Daniel (14), and Sarah (10) all of which they home educate. Gina’s hobbies include hiking, cooking and camping with her family. Every weekend, Gina and Ray pastor a church for homeless and street people in Daytona Beach, FL.
