Carol Lagana, LMT

Meet our massage therapist Carol!

A native Bostonian, Carol relocated to Palm Coast in 1994.  A lover of learning, she has been to school for Surgical Technology and Medical Assisting.  Knowing she wanted to be involved in medicine, but not really finding the right fit with the other two professions, she wandered into a little office job at a physical therapy office, and she finally found the missing piece to her puzzle.
Waiting to be accepted into the PTA program at Daytona State College, Carol decided that going to massage school at First Coast Technical College in St. Augustine might help her learn about muscles, as well as help her feel more comfortable working “hands-on” with clients.  It was then she discovered the pure joy in the gift of helping others find pain-relief and relaxation through massage.
Employed at Arrow Rehabilitation since July, 2016, Carol is now fulfilling her dream of becoming a Physical Therapist Assistant.  She still works here at Arrow on Fridays and Saturdays, and is thrilled that Caroline joined the team to assure people have access to therapeutic massage on the days Carol had school.
